The Talent Academy Tour provides one-off access to face-to-face training by offering a day of workshops (two workshops from the first Get Into Creativity phase) in different regions of Tunisia.

Objectives:
Develop your creativity and deepen your knowledge and skills in project management in the creative industries.
Training Overview :
2 face-to-face workshops of 2 hours each:
- Workshop on theatrical practice: : This workshop invites participants to (re)discover their creativity through theatrical practice. The workshop will also help to forge links between the participants and create a group spirit.
- Management workshop : The idea of this workshop is to raiseparticipants' awareness of project management in the cultural and creative industries. The workshop is designed to be both interactive and instructive, to light up the participants' minds and raise awareness of the following concepts: the project management journey, project management tools, the soft skills and leadership required, client profiles and resource management.
