Objectifs : 

To provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the use of project management, stock management and order tracking tools, as well as the analysis of dashboards.

Training Schedule

-Day 1 / 6 hrs: Using project management and planning tools to optimise day-to-day operations : Familiarize yourself with project management tools adapted to the specific needs of bookshops.

- Day 2/6h: Using stock management and order tracking tools:
Introduction to online stock management tools. Optimum use of tools for accurate and efficient stock management. Advice on tracking online orders from receipt to dispatch. Reinforce your stock management skills.

Ibrahima Soro

Ibrahima Soro joined the Librairie de France Group in 1994, after studying business at university. Today, Librairie de France is a chain of 12 bookshops in Côte d'Ivoire. Over the course of his career, he has held a variety of positions, progressing from sales assistant to floor manager, bookshop manager, bookshop network manager and then purchasing manager. For over 20 years, he has been head of the Librairie de France Group's Bookshop division.In addition to his role as a bookseller, he runs training courses on a range of subjects relating to the sector, having trained as a trainer at the INFL in Montreuil (Paris). His expertise has led him to provide training in Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Niger, Cameroon, Senegal and Guinea Conakry.Ibrahima Soro has also been a director of AILF since 2020. A dynamic player in the book sector, he regularly takes part in cultural events in Côte d'Ivoire and abroad, and contributes to institutional work on book regulation.
