The cultural project production training is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to realize their cultural and artistic projects. Beneficiaries will be provided with both theoretical and practical skills to successfully navigate all stages of their project production.
Participants who are not originally from Tunis will have their accommodation and transportation covered.

Objectives :
- Acquire principles of project management in live performance.
- Be capable of managing a production team.
Training Outline:
The training will provide participants with tools for project setup and viability, task management, team management, and case studies. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to meet professionals in their workplaces. Field visits to theaters, auditoriums, and cultural event production facilities will also be conducted throughout the week.
