- Identifying communication challenges (Awareness, Image, Reputation).
- Developing communication strategy, defining appropriate communication channels, selecting
editorial direction, and establishing brand identity. Mapping communication tools in a bookstore: Events (event management policy, press relations...), Physical media (posters, flyers...), Digital tools (social media,
website...).
- Day 1/ 2 hours: Digital Marketing Techniques Tailored to Bookstores
- Understanding the fundamentals of digital marketing and its importance in the context of bookstores.
- Exploring tailored digital marketing strategies, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email campaigns (boosting newsletter engagement)...
- Learning to use key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Days 2/ 6 hours : Social Media Session and Collective Coaching
- Mapping and peculiarities of social media: understanding image rights and their application on social media. Main social media platforms: (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok...)
- ontent creation: designing a post to promote a book. Creating a dynamic Instagram post using Canva.
- Integrating digital communication into daily activities, designing an editorial calendar, and scheduling posts.
