– Friday june 28 at 2pm at the Institut français de Sousse, a workshop entitled “Lettres à un jeune auteur tunisien”, moderated by Aurore Degoit, in reference to Alain Mabanckou’s latest book “Lettres à un jeune romancier sénégalais”, published by Le Robert in 2023.
– Friday, June 28 at 6pm at the espace culturel Trois Points for a literary evening with the Bibliophiles Sousse book club. A debate on African literature with author and translator Jamel Jlassi, moderated by poet Zahra El Kadhi, followed by a poetry reading with music by Alain Mabanckou in French and Jamel Jlassi in Arabic.
