Objectives :

MASSARI x MINASSA is a 4-phase program aimed at contributing to the professionalization of the cultural sector in Tunisia through training and mobility schemes. It will support over 100 talents in Tunisia. Target beneficiaries include diverse profiles such as entrepreneurs, artists, and professionals in the cultural domain. The program targets individuals working in the following sub-sectors: Motion design, 3D, graphic design and illustration, sound and music production, podcasting, DJing, photography, video, and VJing.

Training Overview :

“Get Into Creativity” consists of several training modules deployed in the form of 4 accompanying pathways, each addressing specific themes :

- 4 "Boost Yourself" training courses: Soft skills, personal development, theater, gender approach.

- 7 "Boost Your Creative Skills" training courses :Creative research & creativity techniques, sector-specific technical learning (video/photo, illustration, graphic design, motion design, VJing, DJing, music, podcasting…).

- 3 "Boost Your Project Management Skills" training courses: Introduction to project management tools.

- 9 "Boost Your Professional Project" training courses :

• Career pathway: Identifying one's skills, developing an attractive profile, planning a career path.
• Entrepreneurship pathway : Clarifying one's business model, defining offerings, and considering legal structure.
• Artistic pathway : Mapping artistic residencies, initiating the creation of a residency portfolio, introduction to artistic critique.

The program targets a diverse range of profiles, including entrepreneurs, artists, and professionals in the cultural sector, working in the following sub-sectors:
- Photography, video, motion design, 3D modeling, graphic design, illustration, VJing, podcasting, sound and music production...

Initially, 100 talents will be selected to join the "Get Into Creativity" phase, following which a call for projects will be reopened to access the "Talent Academy" phase, for 20 to 25 of them.

Location :

The "Get Into Creativity" training modulewill take place exclusively online to enable professionals from across the country to access the training. Occasional in-person events will be organized alongside the training program.

Languages :

training courses will be given in French and English, with the possibility of communicating in Tunisian with beneficiaries during the sessions.

Duration :

The“Get Into Creativity” phase will commence in late May 2024 and conclude by late July 2024.

Number of participants :

A maximum of 100 participants will be selected for the "Get Into Creativity" training module.
