Over four days, Tunisian professionals in the performing arts and artists will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of copyright fundamentals and relevant legislation in Tunisia. The program will cover essential aspects of artistic work protection, moral and economic rights, and rights management mechanisms. Aida Caid Essebsi

Aida Caid Essebsi, holding an Aggregation in Private Law and serving as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Legal, Political, and Social Sciences in Tunis, was awarded the President of the Republic Prize for her mastery in legal sciences. In 2023, she assumed the role of overseeing the new Master's program in 'Business Law and Intellectual Property' at the Faculty of Legal, Political, and Social Sciences in Tunis.
