Training overview :

2 face-to-face workshops of 2 hours each:

Creative Thinking Workshop : This workshop invitess participants on a journey of introspection through illustration and observation. The main aim is to deepen their understanding of their own creative process, enabling them to recognise and overcome the internal and external factors that can limit their artistic expression. Through a series of carefully designed exercises, participants will explore the subtleties of their creativity, gaining insights that will help them navigate and enrich their artistic journey with greater confidence and clarity.

Management workshop : The idea of this workshop is to raise participants' awareness of project management in the cultural and creative industries. The workshop is designed to be both interactive and instructive, to light up the participants minds and raise awareness of the following concepts: the project management journey, project management tools, the soft skills and leadership required, client profiles and resource management.
