Designing and facilitating cultural training courses

This training is designed for professionals in the cultural sector who work as trainers and want to strengthen their teaching skills. It aims to develop both expertise in course design and confidence in delivering engaging and well-structured training sessions.

 

Participants will also benefit from stronger connections within the trainer network through the sharing of best practices and the building of a common identity. The training follows a continuous improvement approach, offering tools to assess one’s teaching methods, try out new approaches, and grow over time.

Objectives :

  • Introduce innovative approaches to delivering and sharing knowledge.
  • Create and adopt new teaching tools.

Format:

Hybrid training (in-person + online)

Schedule :

  • September 3 (9:30 – 11:00 AM): Online kick-off meeting (1.5 hours) with all participants and the program sponsor.
  • September 11, 12, and 13: Three days of in-person training in Tunis (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Online follow-up: Access to 10 digital modules (about 1 hour each), to be completed at your own pace within two months after the training.

Target Audience :

Cultural sector professionals who are currently involved (or interested) in training activities and who wish to develop innovative educational projects.

Eligibility requirements :

  • Be a trainer or professional in the cultural sector
  • Live in Tunisia
  • Be fully available for the entire duration of the training
  • Demonstrate motivation and commitment

Covered expenses :

Accommodation will be provided for participants coming from regions outside the capital.

Travel costs will be reimbursed (with proof of payment) for participants living outside Greater Tunis.

Selection Process :

Each applicant must submit a training project related to the cultural sector. Results will be announced on August 26, 2025.

Marion VIENNOIS

is a specialist in training trainers. She has 20 years of experience in teaching French as a foreign language (FLE) and providing educational support. Today, she designs educational tools and games, and leads training sessions at C-Campus for both occasional and full-time trainers.
